HISTORY: Larkstripe is the offspring of two deceased warriors of opposing Clans--Sorreltail of WindClan, and Reedstep of RiverClan. Despite their eventual breaking of the warrior code, both warriors were highly respected before they joined StarClan. Larkstripe was Reedstep's only kit, born frail and sickly. Larkstripe struggled to keep up with his larger, fitter, fellow apprentices and remained in apprenticeship longer than his counterparts. Due to his complicated lineage, Larkstripe has access to both the Dark Forest, and warnings from StarClan cats, namely his mother, Reedstep.
PERSONALITY: As an apprentice, Larkstripe struggled to compete with his larger, fitter clanmates, and was often mocked for the deficits in his progression. Due to his contentious apprenticeship and alienation, Larkstripe is a somewhat shy and reserved warrior. However, despite his introverted exterior, the ginger tom, once mocked for his frail stature as a young cat, can be very amicable and surprisingly empathetic. His wit and loyalty can be quite an advantage when his trust is gained. He is known to have a rather comical attitude of sarcasm and indifference when dealing with malicious cats, living or dead, and often uses his sharp tongue to throw enemies off of their game. He has very highbrow mannerisms and is known for his decorum and genteel sense of honor. Do not let his courtesy fool you, however, Larkstripe is a master of witty retorts. He is very inventive, and his intelligence serves to get him both into, and out of trouble. He has a few speech ticks, and often uses the phrases, "oh dear", "for StarClan's sake", "that's hardly fair", "the good news is/the bad news is", "in my/their/his/her defense...". He refers to his half-brother as "Hollowhead". Lark struggles with internalized homophobia, worried that he will never be able to find a mate or raise a family.

APPEARANCE: A lean, elegant tom with sleek and comely RiverClan features and spindly legs reminiscent of WindClan. Larkstripe has a short, slick marbled ginger coat with intense rust swirls and stripes. He has sea-green eyes and a distinct white stripe down his nose. His build and features are similar to that of an Oriental Shorthair.

NAME: Acornpaw

PERSONALITY OVERVIEW: A nervous and suspicious cat by nature, Acornpaw struggles to trust and communicate with other cats. He is timid and very cautious, but very intelligent and logical. He can be very blunt, which occasionally comes off as disrespect. When his anxiety can be surpassed, he’s a rather clever cat and is a good listener and loyal companion when his trust is earned. He is neurodivergent and is known for his peculiar but highly advanced way of analyzing situations. Acornpaw struggles with PTSD as a result of his abuse at the hands of Twolegs. Typically a cautious and violence avoiding cat, if pushed to the point of having a visceral flight or fight response, Acornpaw can go into a highly defensive fit of rage in which he dissociates and loses his sense of reason. For this reason, he has a tense relationship with himself and likes to personify his rage state as a cat separate from himself, who he is deeply afraid of. Interestingly enough, Acornpaw is highly empathetic, and has a knack for sensing the emotions and thought processes of other cats. He is a lucid dreamer, and is capable of imagining possible outcomes for situations through dreaming, and is very spiritually inclined. While he doesn’t have an inherently strong belief in StarClan, StarClan has profound belief in him.

HISTORY: Acornpaw was born in RiverClan. He was once a bold and adventurous kit, and one day wandered out of camp, where he was stolen by Twolegs who held him captive and aggressively abused him. He finally fled Twolegplace and rejoined RiverClan, after roughly a month of abuse. He was neglected and left caged outside during a freeze, which resulted in his ears being severely damaged by frostbite. His paw pads are also heavily scarred from this ordeal and his sense of touch is somewhat hindered. He was never the same car after returning to RiverClan.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Acornpaw suffers from dissociation, and will often grow blanks and distant in frightening or conflicting situations. Often times, however, he dissociates to solve problems outside of real time.
