APPRENTICE(S): n/a
KIN: n/a

LOVE INTEREST(S): Gravehound (Rani)
NOTABLE TRAITS: Completely deaf, empath, unknown spiritual tendencies

OVERVIEW: Despite his deafness, Echofall has a vivid internal life. Since his communication with other cats is hindered, he has developed sharp intuition to help him navigate interactions with others. He is an empath, and is highly sensitive to the emotions of others. He has also developed the ability to predict behavior with considerable accuracy, and his intuitive skills help fill the communication gap. However, he can be quite bitter and stony, resentful of his deafness and implications it has for his life as a warrior. He has been known to use his deafness as an excuse not to interact with others, however, understanding goes a long way for this cat. When treated as a normal warrior and with general respect, he tends to open up more, and can be quite witty and even comical when he is given merit and trust. He has a devout faith in StarClan, and believes strongly that he is led by the warriors of old, despite having no Clan heritage.

+ TRAITS: Highly intuitive, attentive, detail oriented, spiritual, empathetic, adaptive, dedicated
-TRAITS: Bitter, judgmental, skeptical, irritable, closed off

HISTORY: Originally a kittypet, Echofall was born in captivity. He is a purebred Siamese, bred for show. However, when his owners discovered his deafness, he was abandoned at the edge of the forest, and left to fend for himself as a kit. He believes that he was led to ThunderClan by StarClan, though, his attempts to verbally explain his experience have been difficult to understand and met with skepticism. It is unclear what actually led Echofall to ThunderClan that day, due to the communication barrier. Surprisingly, he excelled as an apprentice, and his ability to hunt and fight by sight and smell alone made him unusually exceptional. Despite his kittypet heritage, he has a deep devotion to the clans and to StarClan. He has often been mocked or ostracized by Clan cats, and sometimes referred to as “The Kittypet Prince”—his clanmates however, are unaware that he’s fairly good at reading mouths.

SKILLS: Intuition, empathy, reading mouths, hunting/fighting without sound.

FALCONGLARE

Falconglare Aesthetic.JPG

“The way I see it we are not divided into four clans, but divided by those who are willing to seize an opportunity and those who are willing to let them slip idly by. Empty talk and frivolous diplomacy are worthless in comparison to action—some might call this treachery—I would call it statecraft."

--Falconglare to Shrikepaw

NAME: Falconglare

PLOT RELEVANCE: Main Character
GENDER: She-cat
ALLEGIANCE: ThunderClan
AGE: 16 moons

SEXUALITY: Bisexual

SKILLS/ABILITIES: Falconglare is perhaps one of the most intimidating cats in the four Clans, and has trained extensively in the Dark Forest. She has a unique and brutal fighting style that implements fast, hard blows, and is trained in killing techniques. She is highly charismatic and excellent at what she calls "statecraft"...or manipulating others in such a way that the means justify the end.

THEME MUSIC:

RANK: Warrior
MENTOR: Fleetwind (former)

MOTHER: Thornflower (status unknown)
FATHER: Orion (rogue, deceased)

UNCLE: Sirius (rogue, deceased, killed by Sparkfrost)
SIBLINGS: n/a

HISTORY: When Thornflower, a former ThunderClan warrior, fell in love with a charismatic rogue named Orion, she fled her life in the Clans to join him. However, Thornflower and Orion produced a litter of three kits of which only one survived birth—Falconglare, who was raised within the Clan. Thornflower went into exile, and it is unknown whether or not she and Orion are alive, or if so, where they are. Falconglare is aware of her contentious family history, and makes concerted efforts to prove her loyalty to the Clan—she harbors a secret hate for her mother and father. As an apprentice, Falconglare was extensively harassed by her rogue uncle, Sirius, who tempted her to abandon the Clan and join him. Sirius's abusive manipulation fostered an intense and determined hatred for rogues in Falconglare--she began training in the Dark Forest to learn to defend herself and her clan from outsiders, becoming obsessed with eradicating rogues from the forest. Her revenge was untimely stolen when Sparkfrost, a WindClan warrior, killed Sirius in self-defense. However, her obsession did not die with him. She became extensively manipulated by the Dark Forest cats; constantly hearing their voices push her closer to complete murderous insanity. She has killed multiple rogues in secret upon the Dark Forest's urging, and has become a sort of morally gray vigilante.

PERSONALITY OVERVIEW: Falconglare was not always a cold, calculative, singularly driven, morally gray vigilante. In fact, she was a fairly guileless cat when she began her apprenticeship. However, one trait she has always had is her devout ambition. Trauma converted her loyalty into zealousness, and her diligence into raw despotism. Determined to never feel helpless again, she pursued power and prowess relentlessly, becoming particularly vicious and vindictive. However, she does deeply care for her clan, and can be entertainingly witty and observant when she isn't under the influence of the Dark Forest or the burden of her mission.
PERSONALITY PROS: Diligent, charismatic, logical, precise, observant, highly intelligent

PERSONALITY CONS: Cold, detached, vindictive, unforgiving, hateful

ALIGNMENT: Lawful neutral

COAT COLOR: Smoke tabby with thick black stripes.
COAT TYPE: Longhair
EYE COLOR: Bright lemon yellow.
BUILD: Stocky, muscular
MARKINGS/SCARS: white front paws and tail tip
